Unfit beginner or experienced practitioner our well-structured training program is designed to help you get on track quickly. You’ll enjoy small classes, personalised support from a team of expert and enthusiastic instructors and a traditional and disciplined martial art environment.
You can start at anytime, just call or email us to book in for your two free try-out classes and well explain exactly what to do next and what happens in the class.
As well as helping you become fit, strong and flexible, regular training encourages new inner strengths too. Every one of our many Black Belts began their training as a beginner and gradually developed the fitness, flexibility and strength to perform amazing martial art skills, as well as the perseverance, determination and discipline to continue practising until they reached their goals.
It can do the same for you, just get started and see for yourself.

All contact kicks, punches, strikes and blocks are practised on equipment where youll be encouraged to deliver fast strong and effective techniques. Partner training is controlled and non-contact. Sparring is fast and exciting, delivering dynamic spinning kicks on the move, close and focused but held so training partners feel safe and trust each other.

Who can do it?

Kids Classes
We recommend our training to children from 7yrs of age. The disciplined atmosphere can be too demanding for younger boys and girls.

Teens/adults Classes
Training is enjoyed by teens and adults of all ages. Its perfect for girls that want to gain confidence and defense skills - and for boys and men to enjoy the challenge of martial art training safely.
We find that parents watching their kids train often decide to try out in the adults classes too. Its an individual activity so while you have a training partner, you dont have to keep up with anyone else, just do your personal best. And it’s a great way to get rid of workplace stress, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Family classes (mixed kids and adults) are available in some branches

Fees
We offer a generous start up offer for new members that includes life time membership (no yearly fee), a uniform, and 1 month of training for $79 (kids) or $89 (adults). Fees are paid monthly, no contracts and excellent family discounts.
